1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Provide excellent client service for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store) orders.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.75 - $24.21/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
