1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services and ensure excellent service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond effectively to situations as they arise.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
