1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize stock replenishment tasks in collaboration with the management team to ensure customer demands are met.
3. Assist in handling product recalls and returns, and provide support during inventory audits.
4. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness and organization in cash operation areas.
5. Foster client loyalty through exceptional customer service and product knowledge sharing.
6. Collaborate with store associates and communicate effectively with the management team regarding stock-related issues.
7. Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
