1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques in makeup and skincare.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring smooth client interactions.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior work experience in retail or a related field.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
