1. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Ensure excellent client service during BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) transactions.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
