1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application through expert knowledge of makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate actively in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
6. Facilitate BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) transactions and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
