1. Participate in the development of a Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora in Geneva.
2. Achieve sales targets set by the store manager.
3. Engage in regular discussions with store directors regarding sales objectives.
4. Represent Benefit Cosmetics with a positive and dynamic attitude at the point of sale.
5. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products to customers.
6. Perform eyebrow and lip waxing using wax and tweezers.
7. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the sales point.

1. Diploma in aesthetics.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position.

The position offers a young and dynamic work environment, internal training, market-aligned remuneration, a monthly bonus based on sales targets, and participation in travel expenses. The contract is a fixed-term position available from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
