1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
3. Stay updated with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
6. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
7. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
3. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
