1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.

6. Provide excellent client service for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience is required, preferably in a retail setting.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
