1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products.
4. Deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
