1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Share knowledge of products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Deliver short services across all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
2. Previous retail experience and customer service skills.
3. Fluency in English or the local language.

2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
