- Provide active support and consultation to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Convey knowledge about products, trends, and new developments in the beauty industry.
- Deliver short services in all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Initial experience in retail, customer consultation, and interaction.
- Fluent in English or the local language.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
Market-competitive salary with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
