1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume setting.

The annual base salary range is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
