1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality settings.

The annual base salary range is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
