1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through superior service and handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary ranges from $51,000 to $62,500, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
