1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
