1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.

The annual base salary range is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential bonuses.
