Sephora Assistant Marketing Manager, Makeup

1. Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing and sampling plans for 15-25 makeup brands.
2. Maintain and enhance brand relationships, ensuring adaptability to each brand's unique needs.
3. Communicate regularly with brands and merchant partners regarding key launches and business updates.
4. Assist in sourcing and managing Beauty Insider Loyalty Program sampling plans.
5. Manage the social media calendar for the makeup team and liaise with Sephora Social.
6. Update monthly brand calendars with marketing exposures.
7. Review and provide feedback on creative materials.
8. Write and distribute key marketing meeting notes.
9. Organize and track brands' products for marketing exposures.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of agency or marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry.

1. Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to brand-specific needs.
2. Experience in digital and social media.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
4. Self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
5. Critical attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, Box, and Smartsheets.

3-4 years of agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with beauty industry experience preferred.

The annual base salary range is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
