1. Enhance and maintain asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
4. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
6. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
7. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
8. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Proficiency in utilizing CCTV systems for loss prevention.

A minimum of one year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
