1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support customer service.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Professionally de-escalate situations, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple locations as needed.
10. Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
3. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
4. Conflict de-escalation skills.
5. Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
6. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
