1. Enhance and sustain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in relevant criminal or civil cases.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if required.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
