1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the selling floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
4. Prepare timely and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand or walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service-oriented environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
