1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in relevant criminal or civil cases.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if required.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdictions.

At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment is required.

$23.00 - $27.13 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
