Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with staff and customers.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, spending 75-80% of time to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor and investigate store activities using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple store locations as needed.
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings, testifying in court if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in conflict de-escalation techniques.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
