Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work across multiple store locations if necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Capability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.
At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment is required.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
