1. Protect store assets against theft and damage.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if needed.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

A minimum of one year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment is required.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
