1. Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with staff and customers.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support customer service.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and customer experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Represent Sephora in legal proceedings if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Proficient in conflict de-escalation techniques.
4. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
