Sephora Accounts Payable Accountant

1. Manage accounts payable tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including processing a high volume of vendor invoices and disbursements.
2. Communicate effectively with vendors and maintain strong internal controls.
3. Ensure timely electronic payments and disbursements.
4. Meet deadlines for monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years in an accounting function.

1. Experience with large ERP AP systems, preferably SAP.
2. Fluency in English, with experience in an English-speaking environment.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and solution-oriented environment.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a large ERP AP system environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
