1. Conduct needs analyses for training programs.
2. Design and develop diverse training solutions, including in-person, hybrid, and digital formats.
3. Coordinate, implement, and evaluate training initiatives.
4. Manage the creation of digital and interactive content.
5. Facilitate ongoing training programs.
6. Ensure continuous innovation and monitoring of training trends.

1. Federal Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent qualification.
2. Expertise in a social sciences or technical field (engineering preferred).
3. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in managing and facilitating training projects, both in-person and digital.

1. Proficiency in standard office software and project management techniques.
2. Mastery of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) with a strong inclination towards digital training.
3. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
5. Open-mindedness, self-reflection, flexibility, and autonomy.

A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in training project management and facilitation, both in-person and digital.

Federal Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent qualification.
