1. Coordinate and oversee operational activities, supporting the group leader in implementing HSE directives and standards.
2. Organize and manage production activities, ensuring effective communication and data updates.
3. Train and develop technical teams, providing guidance and support.
4. Supervise technical maintenance, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities are followed.
5. Address technical issues, managing incidents and coordinating actions according to escalation processes.
6. Drive process optimization, actively participating in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving sessions.
7. Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement and encourage team collaboration.

1. Holder of a CFC in electroplating or higher qualification.
2. Strong knowledge of galvanic processes.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and office software.
2. Customer/supplier orientation with project management skills.
3. Recognized leadership abilities and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in coordinating technical teams and managing production activities in a manufacturing environment.

CFC in electroplating or higher qualification.
