Rolex R&D Technician - Movement Prototypes

1. Coordinate the creation of movement prototypes within the workshop to meet project requirements.
2. Program and produce horological-scale prototypes using CNC machines such as Swiss-type lathes.
3. Manufacture or modify components using conventional methods.
4. Ensure dimensional control and aesthetic quality of components.

1. CFC in polymecanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in prototyping.
3. Confirmed experience in Swiss-type lathe operations.

1. Proficiency in CNC machining/programming and use of conventional methods.
2. Mastery of an additional CNC method beyond Swiss-type lathe operations is advantageous.
3. Proactive in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
4. Agility in producing components swiftly with the expected quality.
5. Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit.
6. Versatile, autonomous, dynamic, and meticulous with a strong team spirit.

Experience in prototyping and Swiss-type lathe operations is required.
