Rolex R&D Prototype Technician

- Coordinate the creation of movement prototypes within the workshop to meet project requirements.
- Program and execute horological-scale prototypes using CNC machines such as Swiss-type lathes.
- Produce or modify components using conventional machining methods.
- Ensure dimensional control and aesthetic quality of prototypes.
- CFC in polymecanics or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in prototyping and Swiss-type turning.
- Proficiency in CNC machining/programming and the use of conventional machining methods.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
- Agility in producing components swiftly and to the expected quality standards.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit.
- Versatility, autonomy, dynamism, and rigor with strong team spirit.
Demonstrated experience in prototyping and Swiss-type turning is required.
CFC in polymecanics or an equivalent qualification.
