Rolex Project Manager

- Independently manage and coordinate various projects in collaboration with activity leaders.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless organization of projects and events, including governing bodies, ambassadors, agents, subsidiaries, internal departments, and other leaders.
- Oversee administrative processes related to projects, such as invoicing, orders, and contracts.
- Draft specific letters and correspondence.
- Update and maintain internal tools, including CRM, calendars, and various listings.
- Ensure follow-up on invitations, event materials, and expense reports.
- Participate in event coordination and ensure their successful execution.
- Higher education degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Native French speaker with excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM).
- Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous with the ability to work in a team.
- Initiative and organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize information, flexibility, versatility, and discretion.
- Sensitivity to high-level sports is desirable.
Experience in project management, particularly in event coordination and sponsorship, is required.
Higher education degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
