Rolex Project Manager

1. Independently manage and coordinate various projects in collaboration with activity leaders.
2. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless organization of projects and events, including governing bodies, ambassadors, agents, subsidiaries, internal departments, and other leaders.
3. Oversee administrative processes related to projects, such as invoicing, orders, and contracts.
4. Draft specific letters and correspondence.
5. Update and maintain internal tools, including CRM, calendars, and various listings.
6. Ensure follow-up on invitations, event materials, and expense reports.
7. Participate in event coordination and ensure their successful execution.

1. Higher education degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
2. Native French speaker with excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.

1. Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM).
2. Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Autonomous with the ability to work in a team.
5. Initiative and organizational skills.
6. Ability to synthesize information, flexibility, versatility, and discretion.
7. Sensitivity to high-level sports is desirable.

Experience in project management, particularly in event coordination and sponsorship, is required.

Higher education degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
