1. Diploma, CFC, or equivalent in construction-related fields such as drafting, engineering, site management, or building technology.
2. Proven expertise in construction principles for both structural and finishing works, including materials and their upkeep.

2. Proficiency in standard and industry-specific software tools.
3. Ability to estimate project costs and interpret/analyze plans.
4. Dynamic, inquisitive, and proactive personality.
5. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration while maintaining autonomy.

Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction sector.

Diploma, CFC, or equivalent in a construction-related field.
