1. Adhere to project management methodologies and techniques as defined by the PMO.
2. Ensure all necessary aspects for project execution are in place, particularly securing Sponsor agreement.
3. Contribute to achieving project objectives.
4. Set and monitor project indicators including objectives, costs, timelines, risks, communication, and resources.
5. Manage the consolidated schedule, define and track the critical path and key milestones.
6. Ensure deliverables have identified responsible parties.
7. Engage relevant departments and stakeholders from project inception.
8. Coordinate and inform project team members.
9. Lead project reporting and communication activities.
10. Alert the steering committee and management of deviations and propose alternative solutions.
11. Organize and co-facilitate steering committee meetings.
12. Conduct and document project evaluations.
13. Support and coach project managers on project management topics.
14. Ensure adequate resource allocation and project progression.
15. Maintain team motivation and engagement.
16. Oversee proper project documentation management.
17. Promote and share project management best practices within the division.
18. Train and coach project teams on methodologies and best practices.
19. Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
20. Lead or participate in cross-functional working groups related to project management.
21. Coordinate governance activities as needed.

1. University degree preferred.
2. Over 5 years of successful experience in inter-departmental project management.
3. Project management certification (PMP, PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).

1. Expertise in advanced project management practices and tools.
2. Strong organizational and planning skills.
3. Proficiency in reporting tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and flexibility in stakeholder interactions.

Over 5 years of confirmed and successful experience in managing inter-departmental projects.

University degree preferred.
