1. Participate in the design and management of production tools and equipment.
2. Ensure adherence to production standards.
3. Provide support to production operators.
4. Train, support, and substitute production operators as needed.
5. Contribute to the documentation and sharing of expertise.
6. Engage in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving initiatives.
7. Prepare and execute series changes on automatic presses with progressive/modular dies.
8. Participate in production, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement meetings.
9. Record production information and track production progress.

1. CFC in production mechanics or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
