Rolex Procurement Assistant

1. Collaborate closely with the Buyer to manage supplier relationships.
2. Provide operational support in negotiations and implementation of purchasing conditions.
3. Ensure the accuracy and quality of procurement data in alignment with defined purchasing strategies across various information systems.
4. Conduct tender processes.
5. Process and monitor purchase orders with suppliers and internal clients.
6. Ensure timely delivery of all orders in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
7. Handle non-compliant invoices in collaboration with the Buyer and other stakeholders as necessary.
8. Maintain regular communication with suppliers for operational follow-up.
9. Contribute to service performance through indicator tracking and continuous improvement of procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Participate in various processes, procurement roadmaps, and cross-functional projects (digitalization, sustainability, compliance).

1. Commercial education or equivalent

1. Excellent command of spoken and written French and good knowledge of English
2. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
3. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
4. Excellent communication and client orientation
5. Organized, precise, and versatile
6. Good team spirit, effective, and able to work autonomously

Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
