1. Analyze existing practices within product line workflows and establish work standards to optimize processes.
2. Develop and formalize standards for each group/section and their interfaces, creating educational materials to facilitate their application.
3. Update standards as necessary, considering feedback, audits, and organizational changes.
4. Identify and rectify discrepancies, producing periodic compliance reports.
5. Participate in cross-functional projects to refine practices at interfaces.
6. Create data extractions, format performance indicators, and contribute to the training of product line teams on these indicators.

1. Degree as a Technician ES in processes or Junior Engineer.
2. Expertise and experience in engineering, standards management, or continuous improvement, and data management.

1. In-depth knowledge of optimization processes and evaluation methods.
2. Proficiency in data analysis.
3. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
4. Leadership and pedagogical skills to train and engage teams.
5. Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and standard office tools.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
7. Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and proactive.

Proven experience in process engineering, standards management, or continuous improvement.
