1. Manage administrative and technical aspects of pension funds.
2. Process changes in active members' status including contributions, divorces, buybacks, exits, and retirements.
3. Examine and manage EPL files.
4. Advise active insured members and pension beneficiaries.
5. Support various departmental projects.

1. CFC, commercial maturity, or equivalent qualification.
2. Successful experience of over 3 years in a similar position.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken French.

1. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
2. Knowledge of Tableau is an asset.
3. Aptitude for analyzing numerical data.
4. Strong attention to detail and a penchant for rigorous work.
5. Discretion, courtesy, and strong listening skills.
6. Good team spirit and interpersonal ease.

Over 3 years of successful experience in a similar position.

CFC, commercial maturity, or equivalent qualification.
