1. Manage accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and monitor cash flow and invoicing for the pension funds.
2. Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with RPC26 standards.
3. Update and document internal control procedures.
4. Oversee projects related to pension fund accounting.
5. Implement and monitor pension fund reporting tools.
6. Support administrative teams managing pension fund beneficiaries.

1. CFC or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
2. Training in professional pension planning is advantageous.
3. Proven experience of over 5 years in pension fund accounting.
4. Experience in managing active or retired beneficiaries is a plus.
5. Proficiency in RPC26 accounting standards.

1. Excellent command of MS Office and Business Intelligence tools.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Tableau is an advantage.
3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
4. Strong sense of confidentiality.
5. Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Organized, conscientious, and proactive.

Over 5 years of successful experience in pension fund accounting.

CFC or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
