Rolex Operational Excellence Project Manager

1. Lead projects focused on the implementation or transformation of activities in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with executive expectations.
2. Conduct performance analyses of activities on strategic dimensions such as mission, vision, objectives, and indicators, as well as organizational dimensions like processes, governance, and business practices.
3. Contribute to the deployment of the Operational Excellence initiative through training, workshops, webinars, and the sharing and improvement of best practices.
4. Participate in the enhancement of team methodologies and best practices.

1. Advanced degree in Engineering (HES or EPF) or a Master's in Management (HEC).
2. Proven experience in project management and change management.
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence tools.

1. Ability to facilitate cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
2. Business analysis skills, including understanding business needs and challenges.
3. Familiarity with ISO 9001, EFQM, ITIL standards.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening, communication, and synthesis abilities.
5. Proficiency in office software tools.

Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing change within an organization.

Advanced degree in Engineering or a Master's in Management.
