1. Develop and study cutting tools tailored to the needs of the watchmaking industry.
2. Utilize CAD/CAM tools and numerical simulation for tool development.
3. Define design standards for cutting tools.
4. Act as the technical reference for group activities in collaboration with R&D, Quality, and internal and external partners.
5. Support continuous improvement projects related to product/process coupling.
6. Conduct technological watch on cutting tools, analyzing market products, tool materials, and coatings.

1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in the industry, ideally in cutting tools or material removal machining.

1. Proficiency in numerical simulation tools (FEM).
2. Knowledge of Quality tools is an asset.
3. Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
4. Dynamic, creative, and proactive.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
6. Fluency in French with good knowledge of German or English.

Proven experience in the industry, ideally in cutting tools or material removal machining.
