Rolex Market Manager

- Ensure daily commercial follow-up and manage associated correspondence, including information transmission to clients and subsidiaries.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and subsidiaries, acting as the primary contact and establishing a strong network with internal partners.
- Oversee the processing and follow-up of delivery requests, including export, invoicing, payments, and accounting operations.
- Handle requests for sales accessories from clients and subsidiaries.
- Manage the customer database and associated points of sale.
- Assist Market Managers with various projects, including reporting, monitoring store renovations, and organizing schedules, travel, and events.
- Commercial employee certification (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience of over 5 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in French, German, and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in digital and IT tools.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent anticipation skills and priority management.
- Ability to handle stress and adapt flexibly.
- Dynamic, proactive, and excellent team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position is required.
Commercial employee certification (CFC) or equivalent.
