1. Implement and optimize logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
2. Lead and manage organizational projects across multiple sites to ensure standardization and harmonization of practices.
3. Map existing logistics flows and identify opportunities for optimization and simplification.
4. Standardize flows and draft associated procedures or operating modes.
5. Support field teams in change management and adoption of new processes.
6. Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented transformations.
7. Collaborate with various supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure coherence of actions across all sites.
8. Conduct research on best practices and continuous improvement tools in the logistics domain.

1. EPF Engineer or equivalent qualification

1. Proficiency in process optimization methods and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, flow mapping)
2. Proven experience in managing organizational projects
