12. Maintain technological watch and propose innovations, particularly in AI and digitalization integration.
13. Contribute to technological watch.

1. Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) with a specialization in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
2. Proven experience in team management within a complex logistics or industrial environment.
3. Experience in AGILE organization is highly appreciated.
