1. Develop, standardize, and provide master programs 'On-line/In-Line' for tool manufacturing based on design plans.
2. Lead, optimize, document, and establish machining process rules through machinability tests in close collaboration with production, construction, quality, and methods teams.
3. Support construction with industry expertise.
4. Maintain the tooling catalog 'grinding wheels/pack-wheels' necessary for operations with the support of Methods.
5. Guide new employees online and actively support the production workshop when needed.

1. CFC in a technical field or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent knowledge of NUMROTO, VG-PRO, RHINO, P4Smart, and Shape Smart Pro software.
2. Strong understanding of cutting tool manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally, demonstrating versatility.
7. Meticulous, persistent, autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
8. Fluency in French; Swiss German is an asset.

Proven experience in a similar role is required.
