Rolex Financial Controller

1. Participate in monthly and annual financial closings for multiple entities.
2. Prepare financial reports for the Controlling Group department.
3. Conduct and deliver accounting and financial analyses, both actual and forecasted, for various entities.
4. Develop and perform analyses in collaboration with the Management Control and Controlling Group departments.
5. Maintain up-to-date accounting standards and departmental procedures.
6. Lead projects aimed at improving and digitizing accounting and financial processes.
7. Engage in major corporate projects.
8. Execute controls as outlined in the Internal Control System (ICS).

1. University degree in Finance.
2. Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting and/or diploma as an expert in finance and controlling.

1. Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role within a firm.
2. Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP RPC.
3. Excellent understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP modules FI/CO, PS, and MM.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and on cross-functional projects.
6. Demonstrates rigor and a high degree of autonomy.
7. Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.

Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role within a firm.

University degree in Finance.
