1. Manage handling and relocation tasks, both administrative and industrial
2. Perform various building-related tasks
3. Coordinate and monitor work and service providers
4. Participate in general facilities management tasks
5. Manage inventory related to activities

1. Holder of a CFC with several years of experience in a building trade or building maintenance
2. Possession of a category B driving license at minimum, forklift license preferred
3. Cross-disciplinary knowledge in building trades
4. Experience in heavy handling is an advantage

1. Proficiency in computer tools
2. Meticulous and discreet with good physical condition
3. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently or in a team
4. Versatile, flexible, dynamic, and creative

Several years of experience in a building trade or building maintenance.

CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) or equivalent.
