Rolex Customer Relations Specialist

- Manage customer inquiries via phone, mail, or email.
- Identify optimal solutions for customer requests in alignment with commercial policy.
- Ensure excellent follow-up on customer cases.
- Proactively participate in projects to develop the Customer Relations activity.
- Identify and implement necessary internal resources (tools and contacts) for handling requests.
- Support the Reception Directorate and After-Sales Service in their customer follow-ups.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer management within a large company or boutique.
- Exceptional customer service skills with proven experience in handling inquiries.
- Native French speaker with excellent German and English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Office Suite).
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Confirmed experience in customer management within a large company or boutique.
University degree or equivalent.
