3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, preparing apprentices accordingly.
4. Provide personalized follow-up for each apprentice and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. Enhance pedagogical skills.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking, 4 years.
2. Proven experience in movement assembly or after-sales service.
3. Strong knowledge in watch servicing and clockmaking.
4. Experience in training is an advantage.
5. Good understanding of Swiss professional training.
6. Pedagogical, enthusiastic, empathetic, and exemplary.
7. Excellent communication skills.
